We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Vulnerable Cards. Please read our policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Opened or used card packs.
- Digital downloads or gift cards (if applicable).
- Clearance or final-sale items clearly marked as such.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If your cards arrive damaged or defective, we’re happy to replace them at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
5. Shipping Returns
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged or defective).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank.
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
